1Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

• Notifying gol33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

The KYC process is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal is processed. This is a security measure that protects you and ensures the integrity of the platform. gol33 reserves the right to freeze an account until the KYC process is fully completed.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

GOL33 supports a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, DuitNow and major e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and ShopeePay.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers.

• The name on the recipient bank account or e-wallet must match the name registered on your gol33 account.
• GOL33 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Gol33 charges no fees for any withdrawal.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
